(This type of plan requires no commitment on customer's part. All services are performed on pay-as-you-go basis. Phone calls are billed at a minimum 30 minute rate)

(Hours include 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.) Emergencies and other off-hours support will be billed under network support rates. Duties include - but are not limited to - Scheduling Tasks, Automated Duties, Regular Maintenance - prices do not include costs of hardware, software, and or supplies.

We have a maximum 4 hr response time for critical issues and 24 hr response time for non critical issues under Network Support contracts. Travel time is billed one way at 1/4 regular hourly rate. Support hours are from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.
